Nicolai Jung

Nicolai Jung has a background as a partner and owner at firms such as Mazanti-Andersen Advokatpartnerselskab, where he has provided legal counsel to both Danish and international companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, real estate, complex commercial contracts, corporate law, and commercial lease matters.

Nicolai serves as an advisor to a number of owner-managed businesses and is a member of the board and advisory boards for several Danish companies. Additionally, he has taught at both Aarhus University and the University of Copenhagen, as well as at Copenhagen Business School, where he lectured at the course “Mergers and Acquisitions”. Nicolai is also a co-author of an article published in Ugeskrift for Retsvæsen titled “More on the Pledge of Owner Mortgages” (U.1999B.326).

Nicolai works closely with his clients to optimize their legal and financial situations and foundations.
